[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the greatest thing for busy people. We have two dogs and had another brand of robot vacuum (no mop feature). It really was ok for keeping on top of hard floors but that’s all. This one is truly the Cadillac. The set up is extremely easy. Everything is then controlled through an app, which allows you to set automated routines, get a product health report, check cleaning progress, and easily order parts when needed. Love it! The suction is much better than what we had before, but with the dog hair, our carpets still need to use our regular vacuum. However for 95% of what you need, this is it. That’s where the star reduction comes in. I’d give it a 4.5. The mop feature is awesome. Your floors are almost completely dry when it’s done, so you don’t have to worry about slipping. It has a headlight for going under the bed, so cool! The parts, including the bag, last a long time before needing changed. We use this a lot and with a little wiping every now in then, it’s in good shape (so finding frequent cleaning of the product isn’t needed).
