I ordered the 22" with feather insert, which was expensive but it's a very nice pillow. It took a while to arrive and came in a plastic bag - I guess I was expecting a box due to the expense, but it arrived in good condition. As others have stated, the color is a little more pinkish than shown and I've tried to show photos more representive of what I received, but then again, monitors vary. I find that nice because the stuffing doesn’t gather in one area and you don’t need to fluff the pillow. It provides good neck support too since it holds its structure throughout the night. Cute, colors are exactly what I was hoping. However, in my opinion this pillow is way over priced at $38. It's fiber fill, not down and much smaller than I expected. Pillows this size with poly fill go for $16.99 at HG. I'm keeping it because I had a hard time finding the right smokey blue, but I cannot use it for its intended purpose. The search continues... :(.
