There's no doubt that a towel warmer delivers comfort and luxury, but the Ontario XL from WarmlyYours is a perfect example of how functional an electric towel warmer can be. The economical Ontario XL's distinctive size offers two immediate benefits: it can easily accommodate multiple towels and its heat output of 443 BTUs per hour is hard to beat for the price. The heat is delivered through 11 round bars that are spaced in groups of 4, 3, and 4. This orientation makes the Ontario XL well-suited for heating and drying towels of different sizes. The polished finish and hardwired connection of this model are both streamlined and aesthetically pleasing. This model comes with built-in TempSmart overheat protection to prevent the unit's surface temperature from exceeding 149°F (65°C) This item does not include any timer but it comes with an integrated power switch with an indicator light.

We decided we needed a towel warmer after a few trips to Europe and this one hasn’t disappointed. It was easy to install and it has been running strong with no issues. We thought the nicest part of a towel warmer would be warm towels but it actually helps dry your towels super fast so they don’t get any musty smell!. Vicki. NY. Tue Jul 29 2025

With this towel warmer’s polished finish and crisp, strong lines, the Metropolitan makes an immediate visual impact in any room. With two groups of five heated bars, this towel warmer has more than enough room to accommodate two large towels (or a bathrobe) to warm or dry them in between uses. The Metropolitan is made from durable stainless steel with a highly polished finish that is both attractive and easy to clean. The Metropolitan is also dual connection, meaning it can be used “as is” to plug into a standard 120 VAC outlet or it can be modified by a licensed electrician to have a hardwired 120 VAC electrical connection. When the Metropolitan is installed with a hardwired electrical connection, its unique design means there is no unattractive and cumbersome cover plate required. Additionally, this towel warmer is extremely safe and is cETLus listed. The Metropolitan comes with an LED power switch and TempSmart overheat protection to prevent the unit’s surface temperature from exceeding 176F (80C). Optional towel warmer controls sold separately.

We had a friend tell us to make sure we put a towel warmer in! So glad we did! The square shape matched all our Square accessories! This particular one can be hot wired or plugged in. So mine just plugs into the wall! You do have to turn it on and off. And it usually take a minute to get warm… (it doesn’t have an emergency to hot turn off in it) so we are going to look for some kind of timer maybe to leave it plugged into. But we do enjoy it!. When I think of cost spent, this is probably one of the least necessary things. It’s nice to have if you take a shower during the time that is set on your timer but when don’t there isn’t much time to manually have it heat up. Plus for two towels to get much of the heat, it’s hard bc really only two spots for it to get any heat. It works great though and is nice looking. Favorite thing in bathroom is heated floors. I would have probably looked for a longer one knowing what I know now.. Megan. Jefferson City, MO. Sat Jul 22 2023

Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it. Not very happy with this rack as the bars are too close together its made more for hand towels rather than bath towels.. Christine. Laplace, LA. Wed May 06 2026

It functions just fine, no electronic issues after over two years. I didn't install it, so I can't speak to the ease of install. I have always wanted a towel warmer- I love to take baths at night and the thought of a warm towel sounds so relaxing. This warmer is nice - it has a lot of racks and places to hang a robe but it is just so large and sticks out pretty far on the top. I actually think it’s too big for my smaller sized main bath. Installation seems simple enough- you can plug in or hardwire. I’m still unsure if it has automatic shut off or not.. Jennifer. Gainesville, VA. Sun Jan 29 2023
