These lamps exceeded our expectations! They arrived well packaged, and even though I had already cut the box open before taking pictures, everything inside was protected and arrived in perfect condition. Assembly couldn’t have been easier, it took less than 5 minutes to have both lamps completely set up. The shades fit nicely, and the instructions (though hardly needed) were clear and straightforward. The quality is impressive for the price. The bases have a substantial feel, the finish looks even better in person, and the linen shades give off a warm, inviting light. They look much more expensive than they actually are and fit our space perfectly. Overall, this was another great Wayfair purchase. A simple, classic style, the Glenn 300 Watt Floor Lamp is easily placed into a variety of décor and spaces. A matte black finished pole extends into a frosted plastic bowl shade that reveals a beautiful glow when lit. An Adesso patented 300 Watt Double Socket construction allows for two crisscrossed sockets, each holding on/off 150 Watt incandescent or LED bulbs which provide approximately 3 times more light than a typical torchiere. A simple high/low rotary switch is located on the shade cup to adjust the brightness. This lamp has a black cord and is smart outlet compatible. Bulbs are not included. NOTE: Use incandescent bulbs up to 150W or dimmable led bulbs (DO NOT USE: 3-way bulbs or CFLs).
