This replaced my microwave unit. This is very sturdy and solid built. The fan is a little noisier than I expected but it does pull quite a bit of air. It was heavy and hard to manage by myself so I had to get help installing. I’m not used to the gesture controls yet but could be a good feature if you have a busy or messy cooking area. I don’t see a screen or filter for grease capture but. Jennifer. Denver, NC. Sun Oct 11 2026

Nice unit. Relatively easy to install with 2 people. 1st unit damaged and refunded. 2nd unit better but still some hidden cosmetic damage to the hood. Hood could be thicker metal to prevent this, and QC needs better eyes out the door. Wayfair refused to refund or replace after 30 days due to delays unpacking and noticing dents from screw installation. Manufacturer honored the replacement so pleased with StreamLine.. Tim. I am so excited about this range hood! As soon as I unboxed it, I could tell it was going to look amazing in my kitchen. The stainless steel finish gives it such a nice modern look and instantly makes my kitchen feel more like a space where I actually enjoy cooking. I love that it comes with both touch controls and a remote. The LED lighting is another feature I'm really happy about because I like having good lighting over my stove when I'm cooking. It even came with extra items like gloves and kitchen towels, which was a nice surprise. One thing I'm most excited about is the powerful suction. Whenever I fry food or cook something with strong smells, my kitchen gets smoky and I usually end up opening windows or cracking the door to air everything out. I'm really looking forward to not having to do that anymore! Knowing this range hood is designed to pull out smoke, steam, grease, and cooking odors gives me peace of mind. I also appreciate that the baffle filters are removable and dishwasher-safe. Anything that makes cleaning easier is a huge bonus for me. I haven't installed it yet because I'm still waiting on my brother to help with the installation, but I honestly can't wait to get it up and running. Once it's installed, I'll definitely come back and update my review with pictures and share how it's working in my kitchen. So far, I'm very impressed with the quality, design, and thoughtful extras that came with it. I'm already looking forward to cooking without worrying about smoke, grease, and lingering food smells taking over my home. Thank you, Wayfair!. Anonymous. Middletown, NY. Sun Sep 27 2026

This is a great upgrade for your kitchen hood. It just takes your kitchen up to a whole Nother level. Insulation was simple however, note that we did have to buy by the duct venting supplies theyre not included so we bought the coil hose and clamp and the heat resistant tape no big deal. This thing is so cool so nice. Its very quiet And the plus of having a remote control to operate to turn the lights on and off reduce section or increase section timer delay all that this is so nice another plus is you have a 10 year warranty so this is a 10 out of 10 in my opinion no more lousy clunkyhood range noises. Made in Canada with precision engineering, this range hood redefines the standards of modern kitchen ventilation. With its sleek, minimalist design and matte white finish, the Victory Sunset effortlessly blends into any contemporary kitchen space by installing between ceiling joists so no reframing is necessary. Its powerful 600 CFM blower provides unobtrusive yet powerful ventilation and the bright warm LEDs provide great lighting over your cooktop.

I am very happy with this hood. The quality of build seems solid, installation instructions were very clear, and it I think it looks great. It takes some planning and work to get it installed. You have to make sure your ceiling joists and ductwork is going the right direction or be prepared to do some modifications. I have a soffit and had to take down a bunch of drywall to modify the framing, run the 14/3 romex for the light/fan and modify the ducting. Then I replaced the drywall, taped, texture, paint and installed the hood. Fortunately it all came together nicely. I was able to held the hood in place while my wife drive the screws into the framing. I think it will be worth it in the end because the hood won’t be blocking the view in front of our cooktop..
