Bought the California king size down comforter to put in a king duvet cover on a queen size bed. It is as fluffy and luxurious as I had hoped although less fluffy than the photos online appear. The comforter is so much warmer than my old one. I used to need an extra fleece blanket and would still be cold. With this new comforter, I was able to remove the fleece blanket and set my thermostat 5 degrees lower in New England winter and still be cozy and warm. I love it. This is a beautiful comforter set. The comforter seems well made and it's a perfect medium weight. I got the blue/gray combo and the blue is a beautiful aqua color - just like it's shown in the picture (and just what I was hoping for). The seams on the shams are not very sturdy and I ripped one while inserting a standard size pillow. I also wish the shams were a mirror image, so each of openings faced the outside of the bed. I used the included pillow cases to make pillow covers for 18x18 inserts. The color of the round pillow and the text on the lumbar pillow are more of a powder blue, so they don't really match.
