They look great, very sturdy mugs, packaging good. They should be perfect. Ok, first time using them. 2 minor issues but worth saying. The bottoms are not flat so they wobble a little. The mug is great quality, the handle is comfortable and I love drinking my morning coffee out of these. Unfortunately some in my group had the fake tin cup chip right where you put your mouth. I thought the quality was great, however, I did notice the brass handle had some rough spots as if it was not sanded down smooth enough. I like the hand forged quality which adds to the charm but I do wish it was sanded down smoothly on the entire handle. It feels like an oversight or quality assurance problem. I also did not like that there was a scratch on the copper finish itself. I tried to replace the item but customer service offered only a partial refund and I would keep the original pot. The scratch was small enough though but I paid $105 for this and expect excellence in return. The metal was dense, heavy and thick and the entire item feels hefty in weight to handle.
