Bought this for my husband coming home from hospital. Arm pads are Velcro and they keep coming off so we cannot keep them on while he’s in it. Haven’t used the massageheat in FL but lift works well and is helpful. I’m 70 and put it together myself but had great difficulty trying to hook up the wires underneath some of them were kind of weird. Had a neighbor do it and he was much younger and struggled himself with it, but he eventually got it done! Every time the cat walked by it would come undone so he came back and zip tied them so they wouldn’t keep coming off. My husband‘s a big guy so it’s a little bit narrow for him, but it’s working.. The box came split open, wasn’t happy about that. There were wires missing which I’m working with the company about that. So as of this writing the USB port doesn’t work nor the heat. I do like the chair except. The arm rest aren’t as easy to slide on as it seems. Maybe it’s me. The arm rest was labeled wrong, good thing I know my left from my right. Hope to get the wire issue resolved soon.. Jackie Doerfner. Perry, MI. Sun Nov 01 2026

This is a very nice chair, I got it to have a place to just sit and read. The assembly instructions weren’t very good, and it took quite a while to assemble it because of those unclear instructions. The massage and heating work well. The reason I took a star off the rating was because there were several nicks in the wood base of the chair part.. Mary. Amenia, NY. Fri Oct 23 2026

I received this massage chair in a timely manner and in good condition. I like that it came in 2 separate boxes which made it easier to get through the doorways into my spare bedroom. The chair is very nice and the quality seems to be good also. For me, the massage feature is just a little bit too intense on my back. I really liked the zero gravity feature. . I also had two other friends try it . One really enjoyed the neck massage and the other the leg. All in all it is a good chair for the money.. Lechelle Williams. Kitty Hawk Nc. Sat Aug 01 2026

This recliner is made of premium soft fabric with thick supportive foam padding. Remote-controlled massage and 4-position adjustable backrest, even if you sit for a long time, it will not be too tiring, it is the best choice for you to rest and relax. In addition, it comes with wide padded armrests and a handy side storage pocket to hold small items, to meet your different needs, suitable for the living room and bedroom.

It’s a good recliner and pretty much what I expected at this price. The only thing it’s lacking is a lever to open the footrest. You have to push it open with your hands, and I’m concerned that over time this could cause the fabric on the armrest to loosen or come off. If it had a lever for the footrest, I definitely would have given it 5 stars.. Yahyakhanaslam. Sun Oct 04 2026

I like the chair—so far, so good. It looks great and is lighter than I expected, which made setup easier. I still need to spend more time using all the features, but my initial impression is very positive. The Bluetooth speaker isn’t extremely loud, but the sound quality is good and it works well. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and look forward to getting more use out of it.. Douglas. Merrimack, NH. Tue Jun 23 2026
