It arrive damaged. I opened the first box and there was damage in the arm of part of the couch. I wanted to return the whole set. I looked at Wayfair site and the were trying to charge me almost $300 to return. I paid $700 and change. It was not worth it so I hired someone to repair it. This set arrived in several boxes and was a little daunting once we broke into them. It took about 5 hrs to assemble them all. The parts fit well together. Some of the screws are tedious due to their location, but luckily they are all pretty similar in build. Once you build one, it's basically rinse and repeat. The back cushion is filled with PP cotton, the thickest part can be 8 inches. And all fabrics are made of premium fade-resistant fabric. The bonus is the silicone anti-slip points under seat cushions, which are only available in advanced furniture, so you will never suffer from the trouble of sliding.
