This is a terrific little system! I am a tea drinker and my husband let it slip that the UK has hot water on demand in many places... I asked if we could and lo and behold! Installation was easy*, although we didn't use the supplied filter as we have it going through a filter system already. The temperature isn't exact, so we did have to mess with the dial a little. It doesn't take up room underneath the cabinet either. *There's a crimp piece required. The metal one didn't fit properly, and they provided a plastic one also which worked, but barely.. Do not buy this especially if you have to pay for water usage. It drips after every usage and a few minutes after using it, more dripping. It also drips when the tank heats up. I was told that's how the product is Really? Where does it say that?!!! It was suggested to lower the heat to reduce dripping. That defeats the purpose of having an instant hot.
