This freezer door gasket has been rigorously tested to ensure it resiliently returns to its original shape when soaked in 60-70 degree water for 3-5 minutes. Installation is straightforward and can be done with simple tools like a screwdriver, hair dryer, and tape.

Fits correctly, all screw holes lined up, however the magnet in the trim is so weak, it would not adhere to the door to keep it closed. They used very cheap, underpowered magnets and the trim itself is significantly lower profile than the original part. The instructions were clear and repeated so you couldn't miss them (let sit flat for at least 24 hours before plugging in) and it was easy to put the door on.
