I took a chance and bought “open box” inground pool safety cover. The item I received was perfectly packed and has all listed items needed for installation including instructions! We decided to not remove the hand railing which we would have had to cut. We also decided to not cut the cover around the pavilion poles as the cover is heavy ans snug enough to fold around the poles. Hello, I Purchased this item, and it arrived in a plain brown box with a shipping address to me from Wayfair? there was no information of what was inside. the box was all beat up it arrived about April 15th as planned but I waited for the weekend when I had time to open it. Inside was a bag with a pool inside no instructions only a patch kit (yellow) and pool. Had to make sure that it had 4 air chambers without blowing it up. It did (But I wish that it had a picture of the product and instructions or some kind of paper work, to me it is a returned Item put back out there for resale.) I will inflate the pool next month hope there is NO holes in it. very disappointed with the way it was packaged.
