Super cute piece and assembly was pretty straight forward. Added much more storage capacity to our closet which is what we really needed. The adjustable racks are a great feature. Very versatile. I like the design. For anyone that has books or dvd's it maybe hard for them to prop up alone without support. I would send it back for a replacement but Wayfair charges for shipping it back to the price of the item. The carriers beat up the package during transit for sure. The only thing I didnt like about this shelf was that there was no recommended installation drawings. By that, I mean there was nothing that said if the vertical pieces had to be a specific dimension from each end of the boards. I just did what I wanted.
