Just because it’s not crystal clear in the description: This table has a working mechanism that can drop it to chair height and raise it to high-top with locking hand-bolts. Also, someone commented that the table top is not “sturdy” - that is not true. You could perform an autopsy on a 300 .lb man on this table. This table is exactly what we were looking for. We love that the extra leaf folds into the table for storage. It took us approximately four hours to put together, and we have put together a lot of flat pack furniture. Everything fit as described and the instructions had very good illustrations, so if you follow them you should have no problems with assembly. All the assembly parts were well labeled and packaged. The lock nut mechanism underneath is also different but better I think. Use the picture to see how the bolts are put in because on the directions they’re not correct. Great quality table, wood looks amazing. Beware the table is extremely heavy. Needed help to get the package into my apartment, as well as after assembly to flip it over (~140 pounds). Also do not assemble over carpet, a bunch of black “soot” came out from the inside of the legs and was covered on the outside of them, needed to wipe them clean and wipe all the soot off the floor afterwards. All our pipe and fittings come coated in a light industrial grease to prevent rusting. Clean and seal each piece, before assembly, to ensure that they stay rust-free. After cleaning, seal the pipe with polyurethane spray to protect it from rust and scratches.

Love it. Great white glove service delivery!! I was worried about color bc it's hard to see color online... but it's perfect. It does NOT throw red or yellow tones.
