We had one piece that wasnt threaded on both ends like it shouldve been. We called the Customer Service number, but the person we finally talked to ended up asking us about our home security system. The tricky part is knowing where you want to hang everything in advance. This wall mounted closet was just what we needed to hang up all of our clothes. It was super simple to put it together with the poles just needing to be inserted into each other and stood up to be drilled into the wall once it was all in one piece. I will note that you will need at least two people to put it together so that it can be held up. It holds all of our clothes perfectly and the shelves in the middle are great for storing folded clothes like pants or any extra bins.
