I rescued some baby squirrels that had lost their mother and it was perfect for them until they were old enough to set free. They now live happily in my parents back yard where they have lots of trees and two small ponds. My parents put food out for them to make sure they are eating well and they come to visit whenever my parents out in the yard. They are still wold and don't get too close which is exactly what my parents intended. While it is cute, don’t fall for the “assembled!” It was in pieces and has to be put together. It took me 45 minutes and you must have an electric screwdriver to assemble. Finally, a cage my rabbit can't chew apart, unlike those cheap wooden cages! The vertical space gives my bunny something different to do on every floor so he's less bored. The only issue is the bottom tray gets urine leaking over the sides because he's a boy bunny and sprays in all kinds of directions. It's a decent cage but came with some screws that were not really ideal for putting it together. Also instructions were a little vague but not too hard to figure out and takes longer than 45 minutes to put together even with 2 people even using a power drill. Also power drill is a must since they only made holes on one side of it to put together. Also, there could of been better attachment pieces for the top and bottom without having to add locks on it.
