It’s comfortable, has good lumbar support and not too much head support which my neck likes. As others have said, it won’t stay fully back in the reclined position which is ok. I just watch tv in it. It’s not a huge recliner which is good. There are, however some marks on one arm that should not be there. It’d be a huge problem to return it. So much to love about this sofa: sturdy build, nice quality leather throughout, including the sides and back, warm classic color, styling to match just about anything, deep seating and back cushions that stay put with velcro. The back cushions have a nice solid structure, not slouchy like other designs. The edged seams are a nice design element that gives the sofa a more casual and inviting appeal.
