Tips for Creases: The kitchen rugs may have slight creases from shipping, but there's no need to worry. Simply lay the rug flat in a spacious area and allow it to naturally unfold; the creases will disappear within a week. For more pronounced creases, gently iron the back with a steam iron for quicker recovery."

Beautiful rug and relieved that it is not flimsy, it is not like a blanket, and precisely as it looked here on the site. This is the first time I’ve bought a rug online, and after reading all the reviews the only thing I was concerned about was whether it would be too thin or not stiff and durable enough. I’m happy to say it is the perfect rug for my entryway, as I protect very worn down 100 year-old hardwood that I will refinish in about a year. The pile is low, but it is definitely not flimsy nor is it like a blanket. It is a low pile rug with a great rubber backing that truly keeps it from moving around. The creases aren’t bad at all, and it comes with a card that provides tips and tricks for how to get any stubborn creases out (photos were taken within seconds of me, putting it on the floor). Because of this purchase, I feel confident to purchase a rug from the same company for my living room.. Christa. Boston, MA. Tue Sep 29 2026

If creases appear after unpacking, they’ll disappear within a few days – or you can iron with a damp towel.

Great addition to my dining room. Very easy to clean, vacuum and wipe up messes. Also feels comfortable on your feet. The backing making it non slip so it stays in place. The light gray color is just like the pictures. Tami. Lake Grove, NY. Sun Sep 06 2026
