The only reason I didn’t give assembly a perfect score is that the instructions could have been much clearer. Took about 4 hours to assemble. We didn’t do the rock wall or hanging rings because this beds for our toddler boys and they’re too young for those features yet. It’s super sturdy, made mostly of iron with some wood accents. Slide and rock wall are wood. It’s honestly great quality. We used “Purple” brand memory foam twin mattresses which don’t fit as well as the small futon mattresses in the product photos but they fit, just not a ton of room for tucking in sheets and comforter. This is a nice loft bed set and while slightly more expensive than other sets it is worth the money. This set has the best layout in my opinion for under the bed and that alone is worth the extra cost. It took me about 3.5 hours to fully assemble by myself moving at a relaxed pace. The parts and instructions are labeled fairly well with one extra of each screw. I have not anchored it to the wall yet but it is very sturdy even being on carpet. Super cute addition to my girls’ room. They absolutely love it. It’s a great height, even for underneath. We plan to put a small table so they can have tea parties. Assembly wasn't to difficult, but did take about 4 hours to put it together by myself. Hardest part was getting the bed slats that go under the mattress to line up with both sides of the frame to go into the holes, but once you figure it out it's smooth sailing. Overall, very solid and sturdy. Stairs are a nice touch over a ladder and the little shelf cubbies make a good place for small stuff. The space underneath is a perfect fit for a 78" couch.
