My husband took my rocker out of the box and it is great! If I could change anything it would be the quality of the plastic arms! They don’t feel very durable! The rocking chair looks as it is advertised and has a good rocking ability. The back provides head support for someone 5 foot 9 inches and can probably support someone a little taller. The seat is deep which is good for taller users as well; however, not as great for shorter users (including myself at 5 foot 3 inches). At 5 foot, 3 inches, I find that I can either have neck support or lower back support at one time, which is okay and can be fixed with a small throw pillow in order to get support in both areas at one time; at this night I also have a hard time pushing off the floor to rock the chair, which was expected as I experience this with almost every rocking chair. This rocking chair is very oversized and has a really nice, fluffy cushion. The assembly directions weren’t as clear as some of the other Wayfair items I’ve purchased, and the bolts weren’t labeled. The pictures of the bolts also didn’t match the actual ones, which made assembly a little confusing. That being said, the chair is surprisingly comfortable! My only complaint is that the cushion makes the chair pretty hot, so if you tend to get warm easily, you may want to consider something else. I opened the box and it appears great BUT no visible directions to unpack( and delivery person dropped box on its top from 5 ft high truck bed to ground. Unsure if it is ok. THESE ARE SO CUTE!!!! There were no reviews so I took a chance. Super comfy, very plush, and simple design.
