Works good and looks nice but it would have helped if the remote control worked. There’s no way to dim the lights without the remote so it is very bright when the room is dark. They guided me through the whole process of pairing the remote and followed through a few days later to see how everything was working. Now it is working 100 perfect!! Easy to assemble with simple instructions. Sleek looking and functional. I immediately set up on our balcony terrace and enjoyed radiated warm dry heat.
