While many of our fountains are painted on acrylic, this one is a bit different. We take a sheet of copper and hand-hammer it, heat and chemical color it, and then put a clear protective coating over it. So all of the brilliant colors that you see, are colors that are already inside the copper itself. We just helped to release them. It is 48" tall 28" wide, 6" deep. An LED light hood can be purchased separately. Half of what we do is custom, so we can make it almost any size you desire.

UPDATE it is now 25MAY 2026 and I decided to get my water bell feature from out of the garage and give it a go again. I had to replace the pump. To my surprise, once I hooked it up, it works perfectly! I’m happy that I tried it again. Thank you! A few months ago, I was at a salt room and I was introduced to a water bell fountain and I fell in love with it. When I inquired about it, I was told that it was very old (and not for sale). I wanted one so I searched the internet and found this one and purchased it. I’ve had it set up for awhile now and to my disappointment…no bell ringing. We really believe you could hypnotize yourself just by staring at our Zen Copper Fountain for ten minutes. Our whole family is uptight by nature. You really need fountains! One of my favorite features is the dual power sources—one for the fountain and one for the lights. Many fountains I’ve purchased in the past only had a single power source, which meant the lights had to stay on during the day whenever the fountain was running. With this design, I have the flexibility to enjoy the fountain during the day and turn the lights on only when I want them. I put both power sources on different outdoor timers which added to the ease of using the fountain. This is an odd amalgam of sophistication, boldness, and nuance. It looks somehow familiar, yet alien. Is it an aerial view of some strange countryside? A close-up of a microscope slide? This is stunningly beautiful. It makes just enough water falling noise. One complaint in the reviews is that it splashes water outside the trough. I discovered you can remove the cover over the tube that sprays the water down, at the top of the feature. This particular fountain is in a medical building in Virginia. It's eight-feet-high and about six-feet-wide. Hammered on the face is a beautiful spreading tree, colored in the copper patinas. I like the sculptural presentation and ease if set up. I purchased this model for placement near my bird feeders to provide water and bathing options for the birds. It replaces a bird bath that gets too hot and stagnant during summer months. I like the large basin. It’s rained every day since set up so I haven’t had a chance to find out if the water will remain cool enough to entice the birds. I painted the basin white to help keep the water from getting too hot. I’m not pleased that maintaining the pumpcleaning requires removing the sculpture top to access the internal tank but other than this minor issue I love it. Pretty well made fountain. The only issue is the pump (even at the lowest setting) pushed the water out much too fast causing an excessive amount of spillage and a non-soothing sound. Beautiful fountain with excellent quality! Its very heavy, but thats to be expected given the solid construction, and the weight is clearly noted in the product specifications. The touch of copper is a fun little accent, and the overall design has a charming old-world European feel—exactly what I was looking for. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 for two reasons 1. Pump speed It has three speed settings, but I didnt notice any difference in the water flow between them. The three-tier waterfall is a bit louder than I expected for my small patio, so I was hoping to be able to reduce the flow. That said, the sound is still lovely, and Im very happy with it overall. 2. Setup It was covered in a black soot-like residue when I unpacked and assembled it. By the time I was finished, I looked like one of the chimney sweep backup dancers from Mary Poppins!. Susanna.
