This item is 4 separate pieces. It was very easy to put together and arrived very quickly. I expected the drawers to be shallow given the depth of the piece so expect that. The shelf in the larger pieces is stationary but is adjustable in the smaller side pieces. I was worried the oak/oak would have a yellow undertone in it but it does not. This traditional looking sideboard with adjustable shelves makes a great storage unit for kitchens, living rooms and entryways. It is made of MDF with a wide countertop that is water and moisture resistant and features 4 legs and a center support leg that can hold up to 275 pounds. The two drawers feature metal glides for easy maneuverability, and the cabinets below have adjustable shelves on the inside for easy storage of dishes, tablecloths and utensils, and top space for frequently used items and decorative accessories.

I’m very happy with it. It took a bit of time, but I was slow and cautious and deliberate, and I would say it went together quite easily. There are a couple of little white scuff areas that I need to clean up. There is a gap of maybe a half inch between the two doors on the left. Ideally they would meet. It doesn’t bother me too badly because it still looks black. Hopefully the surface will hold up overtime. These are great cabinets. First off it came extremely well packed. The shipping was so fast. I put this together alone in about an hour. Instructions were clear and parts well made. Fantastic table! I bought the navy. Very easy to assemble. It took around 20 minutes but I would recommend having someone else to help you since it is a big table. All the pieces arrived in good shape. There was only one slight ding, but it was on the underside of the table where you can’t see. I knew this when I ordered the table, but the only thing I wish it had was drawer glides to open and close the drawers. The drawers are kind of free floating in the openings which causes a slight scraping noise when you open and close them. I’m sure if it had those, the table would be a lot more expensive.
