I used my brother's Black Cube wok and loved the way the food didn't stick, it cooked evenly, and we could use his metal utensils to stir up the ingredients. I had to get one for myself. Love love I’m surprised how thick it is and a nice weight not too heavy and not to large. I have all clad pans and this is a nice addition to an everyday pot . I bought it mainly to make rice bc of the width it’s hard to find pot that’s aren’t narrow for rice .This is perfect for it I haven’t made anything else in it yet just rice but seems it’ll be my got too for many dishes . Item has been backordered so I just received while on vacation; therefore, I have not had an opportunity to use it yet. Appears to be well constructed, has good weight to it for cooking, and stylish design. I thought it had a lid (had looked at several before buying), but due to size can improvise with a lid from my cookware. What a beautiful pan. The weight is great and the size is perfect. The photos I took don't show the beauty of the pan. The real color inside is a nice gray granite look and the outside is a shiny silver/stainless. The lid is really nice and the perfect weight. Looking forward to many delicious stir fry dinners.. Bb.
