The massage function is great especially the back and neck. It is a narrow chair so make sure to look at the measurements. It is comfortable when the massage rollers are going but is not a chair to sit in while they are off. Very easy to set up.. Kimberly. Hawley, PA. Sat Aug 22 2026

The massage chair will improve your life in many ways. The shoulder adjustment design allows it to work for people of all sizes. This is a dream chair for anyone looking to significantly raise their daily comfort and life satisfaction.

I tried it out immediately without setting any specific functions. I just went with what it was set at. Aaaah!! Wonderful!! I can't wait to try all of the features!! Reviews that I read before buying this chair were, for the most part, favorable. Some folks took issue with the foot massager compression being too tight. It was a bit snug. But there are ways to adjust that. Overall, I'm tickled pink!!. Jane. Panama City Beach, FL. Tue Jul 14 2026

This full-body massage chair delivers a personalized spa experience in your living room or home office. The frame is made from metal and features polyurethane upholstery over foam filling for a supportive seat. Using a power push-button reclining mechanism, it adjusts easily to help you find the right position for relaxation. This piece integrates Bluetooth audio, allowing you to stream your favorite music or podcasts directly through the chair. Its zero-gravity design aims to provide a weightless feel that helps you unwind after a long day. We also love that it features integrated foot rollers to target tired feet.

So far so good. Received sooner than expected and was easy to set up. It is a nice massage too, the lower back is stronger but I expected that. One issue is when I lower the chair from the 360 position I hear kind of a snap from underneath. Will need to investigate that closer hopefully will not be a major problem.. Debbie. Idaho. The chair is very nice and the quality seems to be good also. For me, the massage feature is just a little bit too intense on my back. I really liked the zero gravity feature. . Absolutely the best furniture purchase I have ever made. I have a bad back and needed a good support zero gravity chair, this is heaven, it has great vibration, heat and comfort. Perfection. I am 73 female, I pushed it inside the doorway, unboxed and put it together all by myself, it was hard on my back, but the chair fixed all that when I sat in it. FED EX had it right at my door too. Great purchase . Jimmie. Blue Eye Mo. Sat Jul 13 2024

I like the look of the chair very sleek and modern looking. The product appears to be well built and operate quietly. A couple of suggestions for improvement would be the following: 1) The shoulder width could be reduced by 5-10cm from the lowest setting as currently the roller hit my shoulder blades 2) The intensity of pressure of the Full-body massage is not uniform along the spline, i.e, the waist area is weak while the buttock area is too strong. 3) Under the automatic mode, when the deep massage mode is selected the chair is constantly moving up and down which I find to be very annoying. You can improve on these areas above the massage chair would be so much better.. May. Mississauga, ON. Mon Aug 24 2026

This is a very well built chair. It is able to handle my weight and it does all the manufacturer said it will do. If I designed I would have built in calf massagers to help relax the calfs. Not bad for the price.. Thomas. Wilkes-barre, PA. Tue May 20 2025

Keeping in mind, it is Italian leather… There may be variation in color other than what’s shown on the website. That being said, this recliner is the most amazing chair I have ever sat in. The Italian leather is absolutely divine and so soft and comfortable. If you’re looking for a 0° recliner, this is the one for you. I have rheumatoid arthritis and being able to recline without my body moving as a game changer. The options of heat and massage are amazing and easy to use with four different options of types of massage. I highly recommend this recliner despite the poor reviews it has gotten, if you’re looking for a chair that reclines in this manner and Italian leather, this is the recliner for you! . Pbd. WI. This is a nice massage chair. You can literally select from the screen where you want to be massaged from the tip of your toes all the way to the top of your head, and also choose the intensity of the massage. This chair also reclines back so you can lay in a comfortable position to add pressure to other areas while being massaged. It actually has rollers and also a heat option, which makes it more relaxing. I gave 4 stars because although it has wheels in the back, it is a bit clunky and heavy to move. (I also encountered a problem where at first I received a chair that was damaged and used, but this was corrected right away) Overall, a nice chair.. Jenny. Braidwood, IL. Sat Jun 06 2026

We have spent thousands of dollars on furniture. We have owned many high end brands to no avail. Sitting is extremely painful to me and after 22 surgeries; my back has become much worse. Recently, one of my doctors had one of these Human Touch chairs. Every appointment I would purposely go earlier so I could take advantage of the pain relief from his wonderful chairs. Soon the investigation began and I set out to find the perfect chair. After about a year of investigation, I learned that the Human Touch PC10 was the chair to buy. Do not scrimp on features because of the price. The heat is important even though I possess several heat pads; the jade heat in this chair is just perfect. The chair doesn’t get too hot and it has three heat settings to choose from. The relief on the spine is enormous. If you have been searching for something to help with back pain; look no further. This truly is the perfect chair. Note: Assembling this chair is best with two people. You will receive two large boxes. Make sure all parts are present before you attempt to assemble. Wayfair is great about getting you parts but this time they failed and I was left to my own devices.. Shelly. Pahrump, NV. Sun Oct 11 2026
