Very high quality, easy to put together, and strong. I am a 6' 3", 310 lb man, and this chair is big even for me. Definitely recommend. I also purchased for the head support, and it is the prefect height for my head. The headrest is not height-adjustable, which is the only downside I see. The wheels roll smooth. The armrests lowest level is a tad high, but that doesn't bother me or my posture.. Josh. Minneapolis, MN. Sat Apr 18 2026

So far I like it. It is super comfortable, and gives good lumbar support. The wheels are not great on carpet, but I have a desk mat, so no worries. The tension doesnt seem to hold, and I have to adjust and tighten it every so often. I am 62, and weight 238lbs, and it holds and supports me fine. If you need a high headrest, this one falls a little short. Not an issue for me though. We shall see how it holds up. Assemble this in the room you want it in. While it was easy, getting the back on was a little challenging with just one person. Dont screw the arms to the seat completely...else it makes securing the back a little challenging.. Kevyn. Available in Grey, Black and Khaki to match your room decor. Simple assembly required.

Part of the lever to adjust the height of the seat was broken off straight out of the box. Thankfully that small piece does not interfere with the overall function of the chair. The seat is slightly wobbly but not to the point that the chair will fall apart. I like that the arms flip up to allow the chair to be pushed completely under the desk. The metal base is sturdy and the wheels roll well on carpet and hard floors with no issues.. Larissa. Lake Wylie, SC. Mon Sep 21 2026

First off , the box it came in was in terrible shape. Whole back was open, corner torn off. Thankfully all the parts were there and the chair was not damaged. But FedEx- come on . Secondly and Im no newcomer to assembling items, the assembly was not a smooth process. Some of the screws took several attempts to bite . As for the chair itself Ive used it for a couple of days. Its fine. The foot rest is rather flimsy but overall so far Im pleased with the purchase and the price.. Timothy. Saint Johns, FL. Wed Oct 14 2026

This is an amazing chair! First the design. It is an off-white/tan that looks very elegant. It is sturdy and well-built. The seat cushion feels so nice, and the breathable mesh back is comfortable without pressing into your muscles. The armrests are set a bit below, so when you are typing, your arms are not pressed against them, but are ready when you need to rest. The adjustable headrest with woven material is also comfortable. Finally, they even did an extra touch of providing an optional coat rack below the headrest, which I didn't need because this is for a home office. For the packaging, hats off to them! They went out of their way to use the smallest container possible, and to have the least amount of throwaway cardboard and plastic. I appreciate their planet-friendly mindset. They made the least amount of customer assembly steps and screws as possible. The assembly instructions were extremely clear, and each step has a picture of what to do as well as written instructions. Other manufacturers should take notice this is how you treat a customer right! For the armrests, not only did the plastic wrap have a part number, but there was a sticker to each arm saying L or R when you were in the midst of the assembly step; a nice touch! Finally, they actually went out of their way for the hexagonal wrench to be nearly as wide as it is tall, making it very easy to grasp and twist without pain. All in all, I'm very impressed, and look forward to years with this chair!. Alex. Colorado, USA. Thu Oct 22 2026

Chair is very high quality, it has a very solid feel and is really well made. Assembly took less than a minute and required no tools. Lots of seat adjustments and overall a great purchase. The only thing I'm not exactly crazy about is that the seat cushion is pretty hard and can get uncomfortable after a while. Overall I don't regret the purchase. Great chair.. Matt. Aurora, IL.
