This desk was actually very easy to put together and for the price point I love it! I will say make sure you double check the legs are the same length before you start as it says on page 1, because I swore I did and and then at the end it was at an angle so I had to take it apart partially to fix it. Looks great and functional. Only negatives I would say are the two bases/cabinets are not fully functional. The metal legs/posts go right through it in the middle so you only get about half of the cabinet to use, unless you throw small stuff in the back. The bottom of the beams/legs are also not secured to the cabinets so when you set this up, make sure to position it exactly where you want to. When ordering this desk I was a little nervous since it had no reviews but I wanted to give it a chance. And it ended up working out great! The wood is really sturdy and not a cheap material. The only thing is it Leaves marks when you touch it. The drawers aren’t wood (they’re material with leather front and metal handles) so if you don’t like that I wouldn’t get this desk. The desk arrived late and the electric parts didn’t work. The customer service agent talked in circles trying to insist on my accepting replacement parts with no partial refund. Kept talking around it when I asked about returning and refund. Then said I’d have to disassemble the desk to return it. Ummm no. I’m not giving giving my free labor for something that arrived late and dysfunctional. After about an hour of the run around they finally agreed to send the parts and give a partial refund for all the trouble. They could’ve just offered that to begin with. I’m now waiting for the parts. The desk itself looks great. Feels solid. Was a reasonable cost. If the replacement parts actually work, it will be a great desk.
