Pretty easy and straightforward to build. Didn’t take me too long. The actual headboard part however is a lot smaller than the images, or maybe it is because I bought a thicker mattress. The gold is also not really a gold. I compared it to gold curtain rod in the image. However I am content with the purchase. There is also a lot of space for extra storage underneath. Diana. The cherry wood was a perfect match for dark oak bedroom furniture based on the pictures alone. Was happily surprised when it turned out to be the best option. Wood was smoother than the usual pine and looks great and sturdy.. Paula Foster. Washington, NC. Wed Oct 14 2026

The frame seems pretty lightweight, but the person putting it together said it's sturdy. I ordered this for a guest bedroom, so it won't be getting daily use. I like the roominess under the bed allowed by the height of the bed frame, which makes it good for storage if you're inclined. The 14" tall frame gives about 12" of space under it. The slats have around 7" between them. I had a hard time finding this information when I was looking at the description.. Judy. Whiteland, IN. Mon Jun 29 2026
