Be careful with the products you buy here on this app. I ordered this bed in white, but the one I received is completely different from what I requested it doesn’t even have the lifting mechanism to access the storage space. I am very disappointed with this purchase—it’s my first time buying here, and it will be my last. This is the best idea ever, I love it! I was not thrilled about a dark color so I took fabric and glue gunned it all around the wood pieces after I assembled most of it, their was enough room to do this and it worked great. I used a soft upholstry fabric and also laid batting on the broad surfaces. The mechanism works great and does not shut unless you pull it down. LOVE this bed even more in person. We have a small room and wanted to keep our king sized bed. We needed the storage underneath and to have enough walkway from foot of bed to the wall. We’re able to store out of season items and extra pillows and blankets. Very happy with this bed!. Anonymous. Atlanta, GA. Sat Oct 17 2026

Overall, I’m very pleased with this bed! Assembly took approximately 3 hours, although it would probably go faster with a power drill instead of the tools provided. The headboard was the most time-consuming part, while the platform was easier to assemble. The photo instructions could have been clearer when installing the metal inserts. The platform feels sturdy, and I absolutely love the storage capacity! My biggest complaint is the headboard. It feels a bit flimsy and has some forward-and-backward movement when moved. There’s also a slightly visible gap where two of the upholstered panels connect, but fortunately, it can be covered with pillows. Despite those minor issues, it’s a beautiful king bed that looks lovely in our bedroom. For the price, I’m satisfied and would definitely recommend it!. Anonymous. Fri Oct 16 2026

The bed itself is great. Easy enough to assemble, contained all parts. I don’t know if this is an issue with the company or Wayfair, but I ordered beige and I received gray. So I sent it back for a replacement. Customer service was excellent and I received the replaced fairly quickly but when I opened the replacement bed, it was gray as well. I was heartbroken but did not have the time or patience to have to go through ordering another replacement so I kept the gray bed. This is more than just a minor inconvenience and seems like it is an issue with the warehouseshipping. Someone needs to fix this. I’m sure I am not the only person this has happened to for it to have happened twice with the same bed.. Anonymous. Thu Oct 22 2026

So glad I paid for assembly. Well worth the cost. The tilt lift & horizontal lift was more difficult than I anticipated in spite of the hydraulics - accounting for the thickness & weight of my mattress. My specialized mattress is very thick & is compressed by the headboard when lowered. I have a Sonu which has a void at the head of the mattress tor shoulder/arm relief & the headboard compressed this area making it near impossible to use this feature. The headboard is part of the bed frame & short of severing the headboard & affixing to the wall 3-4 inches higher this situation will continue to cause discomfort. Also, when raising bed tilt to horizontal you need lots of space at foot of bed to pull up & out as the mattress extends beyond the frame (not clearly shown in photos).. Judith. Saint Paul, MN. Very nice looking bed and looks exactly like the photos. It was also very easy to put together and came packaged well as to not dirty the cream colored fabric. It even came with gloves! The bed isn’t too heavy so I was able to assemble it by myself but I’m also used to assembling furniture. High quality feel and durable build. Beautifully made, shipped perfectly in 2 long boxes that were easy to get in the door and around a tight corner. The beige is very close to the photo color. The assembly took around 5 hours but the directions were accurate and well detailed. Missing two screws somewhere, but it did not affect construction. The hydraulic function at first felt stuck, but simply required the bolts at the bottom of the hydraulic pump to allow for more movement, and then it worked perfectly. Nice room for storage underneath. Easy to lift even with a heavier foam mattress on top. Its nice to have the inner storage fabric lining between the floor and items in storage as well. Love that the rounded corners are not just rounded but also have light padding inside as well.. Anne. New York, NY. Mon Oct 05 2026
