I selected this particular table because the wood grain was real and not simulated. I was not disappointed! Assembly involved screwing 4 bolts per leg into threaded insert on the underside of the table top. They even provided a hex drive for a cordless screwdriver to expedite assembly. One curious element was how the legs were strapped into the back of the table with staples — which detracted from my perceived vale of the table.
