Wayfair tint review Omg, okay, if I can do this, almost ANYONE can do this! This was window tint stuff was necessary because I live by the beach with south-facing sliding doors that had no blinds when I moved in a few months ago. I ordered it in May 2026. It’s mid-April now and the sun is getting hotter with every passing day. So, I decided today that I need to just bite the bullet and try to do this myself. I hadn’t done it yet because I wasn’t sure what to expect based on the reviews… [Btw, I’m 46 F, single, my dad just passed away (he was great did all the handyman stuff whenever I needed anything) and I do have a brother but he lives 1.5 hours away.] Well, I used a baby shampoo from the Dollar Tree Store to clean the sliders a few days ago. Oh, and I used that brown paper that comes as “filling” in delivery boxes instead of paper towels to clean. Anyway, it only took about 4-5 minutes to cover the first slider door I did! I still can’t believe it! It took about 45 minutes to do the stationary window slider, however. The roll was too wide to fit right up against the window pane so I had to figure out how to cut the roll down to size. I seriously wish i had a little saw because that would have made it soooo much faster easier. Once the roll was narrow enough to put up against the window, it only took about another 5 minutes until it was finished! (I accidentally trimmed off some of the weather stripping, though, so be careful.) And now I’m leaving this review while I’m ordering another roll for my other south facing windows!. Kristen. We placed this smart wall washer light outside in our back yard to compliment our solar pathway lighting as it is very dark there. We needed additional lighting to brighten areas where potential "critters" might gather such as: skunks, racoons, cats, deer, fox, and the dreaded coyote. This is all in an attempt to keep our mini labradoodles safe. As you can see in the pictures it gets the job done. It is a good / solid quality product. I could have used two!. Alvera. Have not installed them yet but do like the design of these lights. They trim around the light is crisp white. There is a small gasket that will help make sure the light is sealed so no air gap. The light is thin and the springs on the side seem heavy duty. The junction box itself is metal not plastic like some others. They state they are insulation safe which is for a remodeling. Will use above kitchen peninsula where we have track lighting. Also came with template for cutting out whole.. Jennifer. Fayetteville, TN. Fri Aug 07 2026
