If it were possible to rate an item with 10+ stars, this would be one! This smart toilet is incredible, and we love it. I had never used a smart toilet or bidet. After using this one, we can’t imagine ever going back to exclusively using “standard” toilets. The list of features is extensive, and this toilet lives up to them all. The installation was straightforward, and it has been problem-free from day one. It comes with a remote that lets you control the seat, water, and dryer temperatures. You can also adjust the water nozzle direction, water pressure, and seat up/down. The remote is two-sided to cover all available personalization options. It came with an instruction manual, and it was easy to navigate all the settings and adjust them. Shortly after the toilet arrived, we received two bottles of Foam Shield Cleaner from Bazyths. It was simple to install and is a fantastic feature. As soon as you sit down, a layer of the foam cleanser is released to the surface of the water. It has a pleasant scent, not too overpowering. It is released automatically, but there is a button on the remote for manual foaming if you want to run an extra cleaning rinse to the toilet. Really impressed with this piece! I wasnt expecting much, but it is extraordinarily sturdy. The drawers are fabric cubes with a wood patterned front. They look very nice and suit my purposes, but I wouldnt expect to be able to put too much weight in them. The shelves seem like they would hold a lot of weight though. As for assembly, none of the pieces came labeled but it wasnt too hard to figure out. All the holes were drilled correctly, and the only defect (a slight warping of one of the drawer “rails”) didnt effect the final result. Overall, a very nice product especially for the price.. The veneer on the desktop came with dark, greasy fingerprints and chips missing around the edges. The instructions that were included did not match in any way, shape or form, the product in the box. The part list did not have all of the parts. The assembly pictographs were unclear, and most of them did not match the parts that I eventually used. Many of the metal fasteners stripped while I tightened them, despite using a hand screw driver and many years experience in carpentery. The copious amount of extra hardware included indicates they have a generic package of hardware that they ship, but many of the components still do not match what is in the instructions.
