We really love our new pergola. Our Wayfair installer did a fantastic job. He said it was very easy to put together and made very efficiently with few parts. I put the side walls together and they were challenging. I highly recommend more than one person assembles and install sidewalls. We’ve been having consistent rain for the past few days and the gutter system works fantastic. We do not have any water coming through the roof when it’s closed. Love it, my son in law put it up. It was larger than what I thought which was a great thing. Good quality, great product. Great material, strong, well made. Stood up to a mid west winter and nasty winds. Now the neighbors on the hill behind us cant see on our patio doors any more and it keeps the hot sun out of the house. Pretty nice and sturdy. It comes in 7 boxes + box with screens and curtains if that’s the model purchased. I wish the assembly instructions were in box one and that the instructions told you where the hardware was, The instructions and hardware are in box 5. Make sure all parts are not damaged before starting assembly especially the key structure parts. Some of my louvers were dented but the didn’t effect my assembly. They were replaced, but it took a week to get the replacements. Wayfair and manufacturer were responsive and easy to deal with but it took time to get the replacement parts. Pergolas is very nice, the only problem…. The instructions are incomplete, they show pictures but no words. Very difficult to understand, the the instructions to hang the Curtains and Netting, are alful! Not only no worded instructions, but the holes in the track are put in the wrong place! We had to ask ChatGpT to help us, they also said this was an ongoing problem, they have had many customers come to them for help. The delivery was on time and placed where I wanted it. Be sure to have at least 3 people when connecting the legs to the beams. The directions were pretty vague when starting the first louver.
