This sectional is beautiful and very comfy! The length of time it took for it to arrive was just over 5 weeks from the date the order was placed. The sofa arrived packaged in multiple layers of plastic wrap and carboard, however, upon opening it we did find a little damage. We're currently working with Franklin Corp. the manufacturer of the sofa to come to a resolution. Also to be noted this sofa DOES NOT come with built in USB ports as mentioned in the product specifications. TBD how the manufacture deals with this issue. My sectional was delivered in several packages, on different days, which was a slight inconvenience due to my work schedule. FedEx did not bring the packages to my apartment door, so I had to lug everything to the 3rd floor myself. I was in total shock when one of my packages was left outside of my apartment building (thankfully it was not stolen). The furniture is very firm and sturdy, which means it’ll last longer over time. You will experience some discomfort if trying to take a nap or rest overnight. It was fairly easy to put together. I love the look, color, and material of my sectional. I’m happy with my purchase!. My packages came into separate shipments. Both drivers were very professional and efficient and timely. The process itself was a bit frustrating as the original shipment was delayed by four days, and the second package. They didn’t even know where it was. Originally ordered July 2 and now has shown up on the 14th so 12 days. There was a big lack of communication in the process in what I could expect regarding the delivery.
