This is a beautiful ceiling fan for my living room! I decided to change out the fan from a white one to black. It is very attractive and has great fan speeds. The LED light is integrated and gives off a warm glow. If you are looking for something brighter, you might want a different light that gives off more than 3000k, but for us I'm sure it will work. It takes about an hour to install, but make sure that you buy your downrod ahead of time. We needed a 36 inch rod, with a matt black finish. Overall, I am happy with this product.. Linda. It's a VERY pretty fan. The blades are a very light gray wash look - high end. I got the Nickel finish motor. On/off via light switch and then the remote controls everything. Most fans I run at speed 1 for sleeping and that creates some air movement. But this fan doesn't push a lot of air, so i have to use speed 2 or 3 to get the same effect. This is in a guest room, which is rarely used, so that's fine for my needs. But if you need a fan that REALLY creates a breeze in a room, this is NOT the one. (Minus a star for that).. Tamara954. Parkhill ceiling fan is a remote-controlled unit with a 70” span. It has 5 blades positioned at the 12-degree pitch, creating strong air movement, and is perfect for large indoor spaces. Not suitable for use outdoors. The remote control is included and has 3-speed options. The metal body and all metal elements of this fan are in oil-rubbed bronze and are complemented with walnut-finished blades. The hanging rod is 24” long and is not adjustable. Received our white Hunter fan very quickly. Was somewhat easy to install. We had an issue with the existing electrical box in the ceiling matching up with the base, but we resolved it. Biggest disappointment was that the light fixture is advertised as glass but ours is plastic! It was already installed when we noticed so Wayfair couldn’t do much for us.
