This Bedspread is absolutely gorgeous. I love the oversized feature. I love that it is light, if more cover is needed will use a blanket or quilt. It looks great on my antique bed. This is a stunning blanket for our bed. Has a very true vintage look, the fabric is so great. Very soft. But this is not a thick comforter at all, it really is a tad thicker than a blanket. I am very pleased with this bedding set. It is very high quality and all cotton so washable. The colors are exactly as seen online. It was finally time to switch out my heavy quilt for my new lighter bedspread. I searched high and low for a split corner bedspread with longer sides and came across this one. It needed to be open to allow for the posters and legs an I wasn’t certain if the corners unbuttoned but, fortunately, they did. It’s perfect and a nice weight with a matching pillow and shams with buttons. I bought two cream throw pillows on this site and matching buttoned linen euro shams elsewhere and I think it looks great. I did wash everything before using and it all washed up great. I did find there were a lot of loose threads that I just picked off. Other than that, I’m happy.. Kristi. Cumming, IA. Sun May 10 2026
