Sauna was delivered on time and came in 3 big packages, but all wrapped together nicely. Packaging was done well to protect the packages. I had to open the packages in order to carry the individual pieces in to my basement. Set up was relatively easy, but does take two people as one person needs to hold pieces up while the other person gets the next piece. Setup took me only about 30 - 45 mins. I have the 4 person sauna so did need a dedicated 20amp outlet. Plugged all the cords in and everything worked like a charm! Control panel is easy to use and sauna works as expected! The one thing that could make it better... the control panel is inside the sauna. I wish their were a control panel on the outside as well. Then you could turn on the sauna from outside, rather than having to go inside the sauna to get it started up. Having a panel on the outside would also allow you to see what the temperature was inside while it's heating up. Definitely not affecting my use of the sauna, would just be a nice to have. The product is beautiful and easy to assemble. The only thing was that it came in a wide wooden box that couldn't fit through my front gate and the delivery people said they cannot turn the box onto it's side to fit through the front. Good thing I have a back alley as an alternative route for them to drop it off on my property. Make sure you have an open yard or a very wide gate. Otherwise they'll drop it in the street.. Morena. This is a fantastic Sauna for two smaller people, and for folks with minimal spacing. The Bluetooth works well. It heats up nicely and I Love the Infra Red Feature. I highly recommend this Sauna for a screened-in porch or bathroom or exercise area in your home.. Marisa. NC. Thu May 07 2026

The chairs appearance is exactly like the photos. It’s beautiful and elegant. Keep in mind - The only purpose for this chair would be for a massage. You can’t really use it as a chair to sit in and watch TV because it’s very firm and pretty uncomfortable if you’re not using it for a massage. The heat function isn’t that great. As far as the massage goes, it’s very nice. If you like a deep massage be prepared to be sore the next day because the intensity is pretty high. As a medium build woman this is a perfect massage chair, but I can’t imagine a muscular man being comfortable because my shoulder blades touch the side wings of the chair, which is where design doesn’t meet comfort. I haven’t used the speaker system so I can’t comment on that. If I was going to review the shipping on this chair, it would be zero stars because when I ordered it, it took over a month and a half to ship when on the website I was told id get it that weekend!.
