They need to provide different Allen wrench, lucky got me my husband had a tool that helped or I was so frustrated. So get yourself the auto retract took or this will take forever to assemble due to the way the holes are set. Also note there should be another step they combined two and it was confusing to the point I had to take part off and redo. It does sit lower for a living room chair too so note that. I would give more starts for this if I could. The material looks so expensive and very clean and neat. The chair was assembled by two people in less than 30 minutes, so not a project at all. The cushions need 72 hours or more to completely fill out so this is the first picture right after putting it together and I feel confident the looser areas will fill out.
