LOVE this bed even more in person. We have a small room and wanted to keep our king sized bed. We needed the storage underneath and to have enough walkway from foot of bed to the wall. Perfect for for what we needed. Super easy to put together. Maybe 1 hour. I know there is a sticky to hold the mattress in place, but a small lip at the end would help to hold in place. We purchased a twin so the mattress is lighter weight. I would get again.. Colleen. Chicago, IL. Mon Sep 07 2026

This is the best idea ever, I love it! I was not thrilled about a dark color so I took fabric and glue gunned it all around the wood pieces after I assembled most of it, their was enough room to do this and it worked great. I used a soft upholstry fabric and also laid batting on the broad surfaces. The mechanism works great and does not shut unless you pull it down. Overall, I’m very pleased with this bed! Assembly took approximately 3 hours, although it would probably go faster with a power drill instead of the tools provided. The headboard was the most time-consuming part, while the platform was easier to assemble. The photo instructions could have been clearer when installing the metal inserts. The platform feels sturdy, and I absolutely love the storage capacity! My biggest complaint is the headboard. It feels a bit flimsy and has some forward-and-backward movement when moved. There’s also a slightly visible gap where two of the upholstered panels connect, but fortunately, it can be covered with pillows. Despite those minor issues, it’s a beautiful king bed that looks lovely in our bedroom. For the price, I’m satisfied and would definitely recommend it!. Anonymous. Fri Oct 16 2026

Great looking bed frame for the price. Love the orange linen color - most bed frame color options I see are boring in white, beige (read yellow), black, gray, or navy. This frame seems supportive and sturdy and you don’t need a box spring. Our queen mattress fits the frame and doesn’t protrude over the edge and there’s low risk for stubbing your toes or banging your knees on the frame. The drawers are not on a track, just loose on wheels and they attach to the frame by Velcro. The inside of the drawers are plastic which I prefer to the wire baskets that I’ve seen some other storage beds have. My husband did not encounter any complications assembling it.
