Arrived on time. Perfect mattress for me. No too firm. My only complaint is I didn't realize I received 10" when I ordered 12". I found out after I opened it. Wayfair customer service tried to make it right, but the gap between the mattress and the headboard is really bothering. Seems my dog also approved!. Carmen. Bronx, NY. Sat Jul 11 2026

Got this mattress in a twin size and it is very nice and tall! Firm and good quality but very soft top cushion. My son loves it! The sides are a little easy to collapse and roll off if you’re squishing up close to the edge. Heavy and good quality.. Amelia. Hortonville, WI. Thu Sep 03 2026

The mattress is great, it arrived quickly and was super easy to set up. It expanded as expected and the size is what was ordered. The mattress itself is more firm in my opinion but provides lots of support and a good night's sleep.. Megan. AR. Tue Sep 29 2026

Mattress in a box with premium gel foam+bamboo memory foam, fiberglass-free, 2 sides design cover, and medium firm to extra firm for back pain, low motion transfer. Experience the luxury of high-quality mattresses, and enjoy a deep and restful sleep experience.

The mattress is comfortable enough and popped up to full-size within 24 hours. Unfortunately, that full-size is closer to 6 1/2 than the actual 8 inches that I ordered. I’m used to it on Grindr, but kind of disappointed with Wayfair. I ordered that size in particular because it would fill the gap on my new mattress frame and headboard that I also just bought so now I have an empty 2 inches that I have to stuff with pillows or buy a new extra large, extra firm bolster.. Nick. San Francisco, CA. Mon Oct 12 2026

I’m very happy with this purchase! It’s incredibly soft and comfortable while still providing a nice level of firmness and support. I’ve been sleeping really well on it. The only minor issue is that all four corners seem slightly compressed or sunken. I initially thought they would fully expand and return to their normal shape over time, but they still seem to be that way. Aside from the corners, I’m very satisfied with everything else. It’s comfortable, supportive, and I’ve been enjoying it so far. I would definitely recommend it!. Anonymous. Fri Oct 16 2026

The mattress is nice. Just fits perfectly with our king size bed frame, also from wayfair. Without using a box frame the mattress with 14” inches height is just right. Laying on this bed with the hybrid mattress, is just perfectz you hardly geel the movement on the other side of the bed. Michael. Manteca, CA. Sun Jun 07 2026

Imagine sinking into cloud-like comfort every night, wrapped in a gentle cool touch that releases all body pressure. Expertly constructed with premium durable materials, this mattress perfectly blends body-contouring memory foam and responsive pocket springs. It delivers targeted ergonomic support while maintaining ideal bounce, helping you wake up fully refreshed, energized, and ready for every day. Premium sleep is never a luxury, it is an essential daily need. This mattress brings consistent, hotel-grade rest to your bedroom, night after night.

The 12" Medium Hybrid Mattress with Cooling Gel Memory Foam has been a fantastic addition to our home. The mattress originally arrived with a damaged shipping box, causing FedEx to return it to the station, but Wayfair’s customer service was exceptional and immediately dispatched a replacement to ensure it arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Unboxing and setup require a specific strategy. When you first slide the compressed mattress out of the box and position it onto the frame, it will naturally lay upside down. I highly recommend using the nifty plastic-cutting tool included in the package to slice away the plastic wrap safely without damaging the fabric. The mattress expands rapidly to its full 12-inch profile. Once it reached its full size, I flipped it over to the correct side. Despite the substantial, heavy weight of the premium hybrid construction, the sturdy built-in side handles made it easy to maneuver and flip without straining. I strictly followed the manufacturer's instructions and allowed the mattress to fully decompress and air out for 72 hours before dressing it with a fitted sheet. I am the measure 3x and cit 1x kind of person. My initial impression is that the comfort profile leans a bit softer than a traditional true medium, but it offers an incredibly supportive, plush cradling sensation. I purchased this specifically for our guest room to accommodate my father during an extended stay. He reported that the sleep experience was absolutely wonderful, noting that he easily slept past his usual 8-hour routine and woke up feeling fully refreshed. Hearing that was music to my ears, and I highly recommend this mattress for anyone seeking an affordable, luxury-level sleep setup.. Nora. Miami Springs, FL. Mon Oct 05 2026
