I've been searching for a Sauna option for years and decided to try the Henley product due to a friend's review and price point. I researched the greenhouses available online for a long time and felt the quality of reviews for this product and the price point were the best. I was right. When we received the shipment it felt a bit overwhelming but taking it step by step was the key. The 3D Bilt App was great. The instructions were written really well. It was impressive. The key was to seal the wood and take inventory first. Then organize by part number. My mom and I built the majority of it but needed help lifting some of the roof parts. The estimate of 2 days with 2 people is ridiculous. It took a week just to stain and organize everything. If you work during the week expect to spend 3-4 long weekends to get the project done. We love this dog house. We have a 110 pound German shepherd who prefers being outside. I never grew up with an outdoor dog so I was extremely hesitant to move him full time to our backyard, but this dog house made it an easier choice. He’s super happy and so are we. One thing to note is the installation is very tricky. We thought we could do it ourselves but we ended up paying someone 700 to build it for us. The sauna itself is fine. The delivery was a NIGHTMARE! I ordered it on March 22. After weeks of waiting, I got a call from a lady an hour away from where the sauna was to be delivered saying it was dropped off in her yard. After calling the delivery company, I was told they would pick up the sauna from the wrong address and deliver it in two days. A week later, the sauna still had not arrived. After numerous calls to Wayfair and the delivery company, the pickup and delivery was rescheduled. On the day the delivery company was to pick up the sauna from the wrong address, I got a call from the delivery company who was very argumentative stating he dropped it off at the correct address. He said when he put the address in the GPS, it sent him to the address an hour away. I explained that the address provided was the correct address so I don't know why it would have sent him to the lady's house. He was very accusatory that he delivered it to the correct place to begin with. After two phone calls, he finally agrees to deliver it to the correct address.
