This pillow has been a life saver. Every morning I would wake up with a stiff neck that radiated to my shoulders. I felt the constant need to crack my neck, and dealt with headaches almost daily. First, let me begin this review by speaking about the presentation of this product upon opening. I was quite impressed and can't say I have ever seen this before with pillows. The company was quite thoughtful. I felt like I was unwrapping a gift with tissue paper and a sticker. Next, I was met with a card including pictures and step-by-step instructions on fluffing the pillows following transportation. There was also a scented tag enclosed in the box. Thirdly, there was a dark blue envelope with the Brand's story and an After Sales Card. WOW!!! I followed the instructions and was able to see my pillows come to life. I can say that the 1st night sleeping on these pillows brought me great comfort. I can only hope for many more additional nights of rest and restoration from my new pillows.. Paula. IL.
