Wine lovers often find themselves with an abundance of corks, help put them to good use, protecting kitchen counters and tabletops. The cool thing about corks is their natural versatility. They're fantastic insulators, both of air and temperature, and that quality translates well into a trivet. Simply set up the paste kit, arrange the corks, and you've got a homemade place to set your pots, not to mention an organized testament to your wine-related exploits.

Protect surface in style. This Trivet is made of gorgeous acacia wood, making it functional and beautiful due to its rich, shimmering colors. Use this handy accessory to protect your tabletops and countertops from heat and water damage. It features an intricate design that will add style to any home. Avoid heat marks and stains when serving at your next dinner gathering with this trivet. Decorative functionality at its finest. This product is made from Acacia Wood from Thailand, a non-endangered species that is not harvested from rainforests. We plant a tree for every tree we use. After use, wash this product in warm soapy water and wipe excess water off with a dry towel. Never soak or leave water on the wood during drying as it may result in warping over time. Wood products should never be washed in the dishwasher. Rejuvenate and protect your board rubbing it down with Ironwood Butcher Block Oil after each use. When the board is dry, apply the oil liberally and allow it to soak in thoroughly before use. Regular application of our Butcher Block Oil will prevent cracking and preserve the rich natural colors of the wood. From time to time, the surface may become "bumpy". This is completely natural as we leave all of our wood in its natural state with no varnishes or lacquers. You can simply use high grit sandpaper to smooth it out and oil it again to bring it back to new!

These look very nice and I like that they sit higher than a single layer. The selling point for me was that trees are replanted for those cut down.. Sonya. Urbandale, IA. Wed May 20 2026

For everything from opening jars and peeling garlic to handling hot dishes and protecting tabletops, the versatile tool, with its classic Le Creuset design, resists stains, odors, and flavor absorption and is heat-resistant to 482°F. Note: Do not place this product in an open flame or directly on any heat source. It will not provide total heat insulation when used as a surface protector. It should be used cautiously on vulnerable surfaces such as natural wood, polished or lacquered wood, plastic table coverings, or cork-backed table mats.

I should have read the item description better. They are very small but they do the job I guess. It keeps the pan from touching countertop but by raising it a bit in the middle, it doesn’t cover the bottom of the pan. I feel it might work well and it does take up less space. I would be concerned about using it on a glass table top though. Sharen. Sparta, NJ. Thu Jul 25 2024
