Wayfair resolved it quickly and aside from repackaging the entire thing before the replacement would be sent, it went smoothly. The second unit arrived with minimal and manageable damage, not worth going through a replacement. Just a small chip in the paint and a dent in the top that is not too noticeable. I can get over both issues simply because it’s so pretty and functional. The fireplace is well made, contains the fire pebbles, a lid and a fabric cover, the surround glass and the wheels on the gas tank, all features that we wouldn’t do without. The second unit arrived with minimal and manageable damage, not worth going through a replacement. Just a small chip in the paint and a dent in the top that is not too noticeable. I can get over both issues simply because it’s so pretty and functional. The fireplace is well made, contains the fire pebbles, a lid and a fabric cover, the surround glass and the wheels on the gas tank, all features that we wouldn’t do without. This is a great Adirondack chair. The color is rich and vibrant. It really stands out in a setting of bright colors. It has a smooth textured finish vs some that have like a wood grain finish. It folds probably easier than any other Adirondack chair brand I have. Its very sturdy and well manufactured.
