The rug is plush with a high quality fee; the colors are strong but not overwhelming. A few wrinkles worked themselves out after a day or two. It takes to vacuuming well. One of our dogs fell in love and stayed on the rug even as we were positioning the furniture back on it. The in-home delivery was on time and very courteous.
