The chair is comfortable. I sat in the chair in the store for 90 minutes doing work - computer, reading, and hand writing. (Thank-you staff for letting me do this on a slow Monday morning.) It was a positive outcome in the store. Now that I have this chair in my home office, it works very well, there too. The reason that I am not rating it 5 stars: the arms are comfortable, but not as adjustable as I would like. One annoyance is that the pictures on the construction instructions did not match the chair. I was still able to fully assemble, adjust, and place the new chair in the home office in under 20 minutes from delivery. The auto-adjusting lombar support works well.
