Super quiet. I only wish I’d checked the wiring diagram. To work the nightlight, fan, and regular light all separately you’re gonna need 3 switches in your bathroom. We only had two and we installed extra lights above the shower so we went with one switch to work the shower lights and one that works both the fan and light together. Just came back to order two more, for the other two bathrooms! The fan is quiet and everyone in the house loves the changing light colours. My suggestion would be to provide the outer ring in white, so the light can be entirely white if desired. I had a problem with the installation: just screwing the fan housing into the stud didn't keep the fan parallel to the ceiling (I guess that is the problem with remodeling). Also, my exhaust duct is 3" and I had a hard time fitting in the transition to 4" in the available space above the ceiling. This will be much easier on the second floor, where I have attic space.
