I will give our disappointments first then the things we like about this oven. If you want toast, it takes 8-10 minutes to get both sides browned. The bread gets super hard in the process because of the time exposed to the heat. We have tried all the settings. Nothing seems to give you a brown top on bread, etc. quickly. For various timed functions, you must press start after the oven notifies you it has reached the temperature or the time function will not engage. However, it will keep cooking for a period of time. The things we love It’s big!! I can season all of my frying pans in this oven. It is Definitely nice when cooking pizzas. In lieu of the microwave, we can reheat 2 full-size plates of food at once. Can cook 4-5 different foods at once depending on pans needed. Ex. Bake cornbread on one rack while three different vegetables roast on the other rack.
