Looks sharp and feels like a much more expensive system than it is. The matte black finish holds up well and the overall design is clean and modern especially with the dual heads. The rainfall head gives a nice, even coverage, and the handheld is useful without feeling like an afterthought. Pressure is consistent, and the temperature control is stable once set. Installation is not beginner-level. You’re dealing with plumbing inside the wall, so plan accordingly or hire it out. I love this shower system! We built our dream steam shower and needed a shower system that would work in a huge space. This did it! We did end up installing a new tankless hot water heater so it would work properly. The plumber was not excited to install it and actually asked if it was too late to return it. Was nervous about this purchase but I love it. It looks so pretty. I think I surprised my contractor though because of the two showerheads and the handheld all located on one wall. This is as good as it gets. It has dual shower heads one comes of off the wall one from the ceiling then it has the 3 jets and a handheld shower, really what else do you want or need in the shower. The only thing I had to do is replace one of the shower heads which is 12"x12" with a larger 16"x16" shower head because the one coming from the ceiling should be bigger for the whole set to look higher end.. The Moen digital shower controller is a nice upgrade. We needed a controller on the opposite side of the shower from the shower head, so the water could be turned on without entering the shower.
