I absolutely adore these barstools! I purchased them when we moved into our home six years ago, and I’m happy to say that we still use and love them today. One thing that makes me especially impressed with these chairs is that they’ve survived six years with rambunctious kids. My children are not particularly gentle with furniture, and these chairs have been tipped over more than a few times. As a result, the backrests have loosened and slightly broken in a couple of spots over the years. Thankfully, we’ve been able to tighten everything back up with an Allen wrench, and they’ve remained perfectly usable. The black legs have also accumulated a few chips and scuffs from daily family life, kids running into them, toys, and general wear and tear. However, after six years of heavy use, I still think they look fantastic. One thing to note is that the seats are wood and have decorative grooves where crumbs and food can collect. It’s not a major issue, but you may occasionally need to wipe them out or vacuum the grooves to keep them clean. Overall, I would absolutely recommend these barstools. They are stylish, durable, and have held up remarkably well in a busy household. I receive compliments on them all the time, and people are always surprised when I tell them they’re from Wayfair. Absolutely love these stools! Love the style and genuinely well made. I feel like some Wayfair products can be hit or miss. Super solid metal frame, comfortable cushion and feels natural sitting at the counter. Color is a little darker than I expected but that may be due to my computer screen. It’s such a dark blue it’s almost black and I still love them! You can see more blue in the light. One of the cushions screw holes didn’t align quite right with the frame so I put in a customer service request to see if I could get a replacement cushion and they responded within the hour and are sending me a replacement at no cost.
